Return Policy

We the people, at Very American®, wish only for happy customers!

So, if you need to make a return or exchange, we are happy to help make that happen.

If you think you received an incorrect or defective product contact us right away and we will assist you. 

Reasons for Refunds/Exchanges

If an item is damaged or the wrong item is sent, due to manufacturer error, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.  Proof of damaged items must be included with the item replacement request.  If the order tracking shows the package was “delivered” but the customer did not receive the parcel, we will issue a new item at no charge.  If an item is returned to Very American® via Return to Sender, you will receive an email from one of us in regards to your RTS. Once you verify the information, we will reship the order. 

Order Cancelations

All of our Very American® products are made to order.  Thus, you must cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund.

Refund/Exchange Window

All product refunds, exchanges, and replacements must be made within 30 days domestic (60 days international) of the order placement date. Orders/products falling outside this date will not be returned, exchanged, refunded, or replaced, and you will need to place a new order. International Shipping Customs Duties, Taxes, or Additional Shipping charges are not included in our base price. This is your responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation. If you have an issue not outlined here, please contact us!
